1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern access to and use of the ey447 website (ey447.cam), mobile-optimized platform, and all associated services (collectively, "the Service"). They apply to all visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

1.2 By clicking "I Agree," completing the registration process, accessing the platform, or depositing funds, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.3 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Service and must not create or continue to maintain an account with ey447.

1.4 These Terms are presented in English. While ey447 serves Filipino-speaking users, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency arising from translation.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with ey447. This requirement is set by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations applicable to online casino gaming. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. ey447 takes strict measures to prevent underage gambling and reserves the right to request a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, or Voter's ID) at any point to verify your age.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Service is intended primarily for residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using ey447 complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. ey447 makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or legal in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

2.5 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of ey447 or its affiliated entities, as well as immediate family members residing in the same household, are not eligible to hold accounts or participate in any gaming activity on the platform.

3. Account Management

3.1 Login Credentials. Your username and password are personal and confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account, whether authorized by you or not. ey447 will never ask for your password through any channel including email, SMS, chat, or phone calls.

3.2 Account Security. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any suspected breach of your credentials. ey447 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

3.3 Account Sharing Prohibited. You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to any third party. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension without notice.

3.4 KYC Verification. In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), ey447 may request documentary verification of your identity, address, and payment methods at any stage of the account relationship. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account restriction or closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Methods. ey447 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Third-party payment processing or deposits on behalf of another person are prohibited.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit via GCash or PayMaya is ₱100. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ₱500. There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, transactions exceeding ₱1,000,000 per single deposit may require 48-hour advance notice for regulatory compliance.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 3 minutes (GCash/PayMaya) to 24 hours (bank transfers) of submission. ey447 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification. Before processing your first withdrawal, ey447 may require you to verify your identity and confirm that your registered payment account matches your ey447 account name. Mismatched accounts will result in withdrawal suspension pending further investigation.

4.5 Currency of Settlement. All wins, bonuses, and refunds are settled in Philippine Peso. ey447 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations if you hold accounts denominated in foreign currencies.

4.6 Dormant Account Fees. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. A monthly administrative fee of ₱50 may be applied to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will receive written notice before any dormancy fees are applied.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Offer Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and promotional credits are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions (for sports betting), game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified before withdrawal of bonus or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus means ₱30,000 in total qualifying wagers must be placed before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.

5.3 One Bonus Per Household. Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available once per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Circumventing this restriction through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.

5.4 Abuse and Manipulation. ey447 reserves the right to void and reclaim any bonus or winnings if we reasonably determine that a player has exploited a technical error, engaged in bonus abuse, or participated in any scheme designed to generate winnings from bonus funds without genuine gameplay intent.

5.5 Amendment of Offers. ey447 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to an account.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games offered by ey447 use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by accredited independent testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate representations of long-term statistical outcomes. ey447 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Technical Failures. In the event of a game malfunction, server error, or disconnection, ey447 will attempt to determine the outcome based on available transaction logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded to your account. ey447 shall not be liable for losses caused by third-party network failures outside our reasonable control.

6.3 Error in Odds or Payouts. Where games or odds are displayed with manifest errors—including but not limited to typographical errors, pricing errors, or system faults resulting in incorrect odds—ey447 reserves the right to void affected bets or adjust payouts to reflect the intended correct values.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules. Sports betting on ey447 is governed by sport-specific rules and general sportsbook rules published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail with respect to wagering outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ey447:

1. Using automated software, bots, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform;
2. Colluding with other players, dealers, or employees to influence game outcomes;
3. Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160);
4. Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods for deposits;
5. Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantage;
6. Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
7. Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law;
8. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access ey447's source code or proprietary systems;
9. Impersonating another player or ey447 staff member;
10. Making chargebacks to financial institutions without prior dispute resolution through ey447 support.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on ey447.cam—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software—is the exclusive property of ey447 Operations Inc. or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the platform.

8.3 The ey447 name, logo, and associated marks are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of these marks for any purpose is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ey447 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption.

9.2 ey447's total aggregate liability arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 ey447 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on your devices and network.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit ey447's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

10.1 ey447 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10.2 We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from ey447's operating capital.

10.3 We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by law.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 ey447 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. Gaming on this platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. If gambling stops being fun and starts affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, please seek help immediately.

11.2 ey447 provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your account dashboard:

11.3 All self-exclusion requests are final and irrevocable for the elected period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering new accounts will result in permanent platform bans and forfeiture of all balances.

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 By ey447. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by PAGCOR or applicable law; (c) we suspect fraud, collusion, or money laundering; or (d) we determine that your continued access poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.

12.2 By You. You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Pending bonus wagering requirements and outstanding disputes must be resolved before final closure and balance withdrawal can be processed.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused bonus funds, free spins, or promotional credits will be voided. Cash balances not subject to bonus conditions will be returned to your registered payment method after any applicable KYC verification.

13. Amendments

13.1 ey447 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, where practicable.

13.2 Continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Electronic Commerce Act (RA 8792), Consumer Act (RA 7394), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

14.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it in good faith through direct negotiation. If negotiation fails within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration in Metro Manila under Philippine arbitration rules, or to the appropriate PAGCOR dispute resolution body where applicable.

14.3 Notwithstanding the foregoing, ey447 retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of its intellectual property or confidential information rights.
